Party and a happy evening with and without accommodation.

If your party is to be something special, and a party your guests will remember, we have a gem of a party and function room – the ‘Hall 2’ at Møbelfabrikken. We have everything you need, all you need to bring is food, drink, a party spirit and the desire for an out-of-the-ordinary party experience. If you or your guests need overnight accommodation, with or without breakfast, you have Nexø Hostel just across the courtyard. Come by and see the function room Hall 2.

Booking a function room:

Accommodation can be booked on this website.
Rent of premises: Prices from Dkr 4,000 to Dkr 8,000 incl. VAT.
Møbelfabrikken’s employee: Dkr 295 per hour.

Practical Information, in brief.

All prices are incl. VAT.

The Furniture Factory (Møbelfabrikken) must have an employee present. The employee helps before and during the event, with serving and clean-up, in collaboration with the tenant’s helpers. The hourly wage for Møbelfabrikken’s employee is DKK 295. Payment must be made for 10 hours in advance.

The tenant is responsible for the following.

Catering from outside and drinks. A small kitchen is available for lighter tasks.
During the party: Helping to clean up, wash dishes and put dishes in place.
After the party: Cleans up everything, puts tables and chairs in place, empty bins, sweeps floors.
Sound system. Can be rented from Expert for DKK 500 to DKK 600.

The Møbelfabrikken provide the following.

Set out chairs, tables, crockery and white tablecloths. Max 65 people dinning.
Provide refrigerators and a small freezer.

Generel information

The rooms capacity is a maximum of 80 seated or 149 standing guests.
Footwear that can make marks in the wooden floor is STRICTLY prohibited. Eg. stilettos, spiked shoes and the like.
In case of cancellation, 50% of the rent is refunded. In case of cancellation later than 6 months before the start of the tenancy, the total rent accrues to MF. The deposit is refunded.
The functionroom is NOT rented out for RUS tours, youth parties or the like.
